Katherines Place

Katherine’s Place is a 39-unit supportive housing development in Kamloops, featuring a four-storey wood-frame structure over a one-storey concrete podium. Careful structural planning ensured the podium supports the upper levels while providing safe, open, and accessible spaces for residents. The building supports youth at risk of homelessness.
